About Le Jardin Perdu

Le Jardin Perdu is a small run business with a passion for nature. Our aim is simply to provide you with the most luxurious natural handmade products possible. We strive to work with nature and keep our impact on the environment to a minimum.

Our products are made, packaged and labelled by hand to ensure that they receive the greatest attention to detail and meet our high quality standards. We pride ourselves on finding products which use the finest natural ingredients and are as eco-friendly as possible so that our business has the least possible impact upon our environment and wildlife.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse my store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When the confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Delivery Schedule
We strive to dispatch all orders within three working days.
Delivery times vary from country to country, if you do not receive your delivery within a reasonable time frame, please contact us on contact@lejardinperdu.com
If you are not home on the day of delivery a card will be left so that you can re-arrange delivery. If you fail to collect the package and it is returned to us we will arrange redelivery at your expense or refund you minus the original cost of postage and packaging.

Credit Card Security
We use PayPal and Stripe secure servers to process your credit/debit cards. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
